used it once and seems to have whitened a little bit, one thing i will say about it is watch when you take the gum shield out it itches the tongue.. and there is a slight irritation of the mouth afterwards... but maybe i put too much product in the gum shield... i also didnt like the packaging.. it was cellotaped closed... which looked a bit tatty. but overall good product.
