Too much coffee and red wine took their toll on my teeth but these easy to use strips have helped sort me out. Easy to apply (all you need is a 'spare' half hour) and very effective. Apparently you can drink water while you use them, but I didn't although they did make me dribble a bit! At over £30, you need to really care about the state of your smile to fork out for these, but I found them to be good and a lot, lot cheaper than going for a cosmetic treatment at the dentist.
